It was a $20 coupon for listing two items by March 16th and another $20 coupon for selling two items by March 26.
I listed three items and sold three, but only recieved one $20 coupon.
Both coupons were to have been received by April 10th. I've called and spoken with 4 different agents who all said give it 24hrs, or give it 48hrs, or give us 3 days, etc....
My last contact was April 17th and still nothing.
Is this normal for receiving ebay coupons?I still have the email they sent which clearly explains the rules/conditions.
When I call they say they have to speak with someone in the marketing dept for a resolution. Apparently I'm not connecting to the right people at the beginning. Is there a separate number I should call?
Do you still have a copy of that promo in your messages file? did you take a screen shot & save it to external file? as alot of times when they post those & things go south, they yank that memo/message & later claim it was a glitch & or they never sent it in first place. If you already received pay on the 1st sold item then that is good for you. But IMO don't expect to get pd for the other 2 they owe you. The last promo for the $10 coupon they ran out of money on & tons of people were outraged about. I think you have to really keep houding them on it as they will never go out of their way to voluntarily pay out on anything. Sad but true.
Other than the one you've been calling I don't know. There was a couple threads here on SC the past week or so, so maybe look thru the older threads to find & see if anyone had info of how to shake the money loose. Also a thread on the auction listing board pertaining to them not paying on the coupon promo. Maybe someone else will come along here & put 2 cent worth in that could give you some more help.
Not sure if Bennett or Mari would show up to offer you help & point you inthe right direction. Otherwise maybe try the seller protection board & ask Lamont as he's in there all the time.
