Hope someone can help me. Not sure what to do.

My listing of 12 variations of 1 item included one that was previously sold. I was mortified to realize when, of course, buyer bought that very one, it was not among the others. SO...I immediately emailed her to explain my mistake and told her I could 1-give refund immediately or 2 - replace. I even offered to replace with another item marked a few dollars more for no additional charge. No reply for 24 hours. I wrote her again telling her how sorry I was and offered the solutions again.  No reply for another 24 hours.  I was not comfortable keeping her money without shipping out the product, so I asked again, this time sending a message via ebay explaining everything again and that I'd emailed her a few times and hadnt heard anything, so I was assuming if I didn't hear anything back by that night, I would go ahead and provide a refund...which I did, since there was no reply.

I then opened a case to cancel transaction since I'd given her a refund. The next morning was a "denial to cancel" by buyer and now she stated she wanted to take me up on my offer - that I could replace it with the item that was a bit more. That's all, no mention of the refund, etc. I told her I'd send her a request for money in paypal so there weren't two transactions open in ebay and I would be glad to ship the other as soon as payment was received. It's been 2 or three days and nothing.
