1) Do 90 days of selling

2)  Break over the 26 items sold mark

3)  Get at least 10 DSR's that are all good.

4)  Sell over $250

Then your limits will get raised and you can go from there in increments.  Keep in mind, there are also category limits until you establish you can deliver in a specific category too.
