The next stop needs to be CUSTOMER SERVICE in the Phillipines

IF they do a show like this, the first dept that needs to be visited is the one that came up with the DEFECT program.   Heads need to roll in that dept.

The next stop needs to be CUSTOMER SERVICE in the Phillipines.  Anyone, that can't speak English needs to be fired or moved to another dept.  Employees need to be trained on how ebay functions and they need to know every new promo that is offered.

If they did do a show, it should be a 3-4 episode mini series because there are more issues with Ebay that need to be fixed.  I covered just 2  here.

I thought I was the only one.

But i did like the Waste Management owner one that actually went out and sucked out their port-a-johns.  Shows you how low they had to go in the company to find a long term employee that loved his job and had a sad story to tell.

Instead of giving a couple of sob stories a new car and/or college education or paying their medical bills, why not give all the company's employees a dollar an hour raise across the board?  You know that the employees that got the air time and perks won't be working at the company for long as the resentment builds from others that are still slaving away at their menial jobs and got no perks because they were not tv pretty.
