I just got a clock back in the mail from a nasty buyer

Clock worked fine and chimed when I listed it.  I even mentioned in the listing what a melodious chime it had.
When buyer received clock, she opened case--clock does not run or chime.  She all but called me every kind of liar--she didn't know how I could have heard a chime that didn't work.  It had rust in the battery comp.,sent pix, argued over the shipper, on and on.  Refused to send it back till I put money in her PP to cover return shipping.  I told her that was not going to happen and that I would pay it when clock returned. Finally convinced her.
When clock came,my husband took a piece of sandpaper and ran over the rust  (rust was not there when I listed, must have formed in the 2 or 3 months between listing and sale and I did not notice it when packing), inserted battery and it took right off, running and chiming as I said it did.
Granted, she should not have had to take sandpaper to get the clock running, but she certainly did not have to be so nasty and keep emailing me to tell me how dishonest I am and on and on.  Finally blocked her.
So are my chances of getting this removed next to none?  And I will report her for her hatefulness. And if she leaves FB, which I have had happen before after I refunded, will I be able to remove it?So are my chances of getting this removed next to none?  And I will report her for her hatefulness. It appears you sold an item that did not function as described, because bueyrs should have to to make repairs to items to get them to work. Yes, I realize that sanding rust off a battery terminal is not rocket science, but IMHO that is a valids reason for a return.

The chances of getting feedback removed generally depends upon whether the feedback violates policy or not. SInce it has not been left yet, we have no idea if this buyer's feedback will violate policy or not.

But if you are asking whether you can get feedback removed simply because they returned an item that did not function as described, and they were not willing to make simply repairs, the answer is generally no.

And if you are asking whether you can get feedback removed simply because a buyer is nasty to you, the answer is also generally no.
