Their shoes aren't always true to size. Normally, I wear a size 9 with other brands, but the majority of my Pleaser branded shoes, I have to buy in a 10. There are no half sizes, so if your foot is a half size I would definitely recommend buying up to the next whole size; i.e a size 9.5 should buy a size 10.
However, I do have some of their shoes that fit true to size. For instance, their Lucious collection is made in the USA, so all of the Lucious collection shoes I have I wear a 9 and they fit true to size. This works for me. It may be different for you. The majority of my customers who follow this works great for them, but there are a small few who if they follow this advice, the shoe is too big, and they have to exchange for their regular true to size fit.
It just depends. The width of your foot has something to do with it too. Pleaser Brand shoes are normally Medium width; they have some shoes that are Wide Width, but you have to make sure you read the listing description to see what kind of width the shoe has. If your are medium width I would recommend choosing one size up for brands other than Lucious. The shoe conversion chart for Pleaser brand shoes are in my listings. This is just a recommendation, you can make your own judgement. But keep in mind I do offer a 60 day return policy where you can easily exchange your shoes or return them for a refund.
