Buying Guides from International to Indonesia

I have purchased items from International country most like USA, China and Hongkong then I had to search by my personal experience transactions with seller until items arrived to my front door. Its surprise me that items purchased from USA and Hongkong seller had little problems about time delay but it worth to wait than items purchased from China had several problems like not received items especially with no tracked delivery from seller so we both could not located the items status.

I have purchased items from several China seller - some of high star seller - with little problems about time delay - items still arrived to my front door then I follow seller with positive feedback in my mind about those seller. What about rest of its seller ? simple then I won't follow them because I did not received my purchased items, open a case then solutions will come up. I did not rate them with negative feedbacks as bad seller as far as they come with good-will to solve the main problems.

So based on my personal experience, it will be wise if someone buy from International seller to ask them first about their items quality and also shipping or delivery service like with track shipping or not. So both buyer and seller can locate the items and then both subject able to ask to its postal service about the items status based on tracking code.
