the FVF refund update is sellers have to call Manila CS and ask/beg for them back

It's not to help sellers, it's hoping sellers's will not ask for their FVF back after waiting on hold for 10-15
minutes with Manila CS.

Brilliant......revenue enhancement or sheer hypocrisy when buyers can get their money refunded so easily.
They promote "buyers get your refund fast" and then screw over the sellers by making us have to beg for
our FVF fees back on refunds.

Two ways to combat this :
1. Charge a restocking fee of 15% and the tell the customer where the money is really going.
2. If I give a refund on Ebay , and don't get a FVF credit, put in a dispute with my CC where I am considered a "buyer".
See how long they can hold on to not refunding FVF in CC dispute mess.
If you were charged for a service and didn't get the service, file a chargeback.
If you ask for a refund and return the product, I refund you ASAP after receiving the merchandise.
I don't make you ask me twice.......it's shady and an intentional obstacle to make busy sellers have to call for the FVF credit
after they have been doing it automatically for 10 years.

It's just get worse and worse for sellers here.
