So actually going back on a 12-month look back

So actually going back on a 12-month look back, will NOT start August 20, but rather 2/29, 2015.  Which makes MUCH more sense.  But as usual, with ebay, this is NOT stated anywhere in actual policiy, only Jeff's message?  I looked, but I'm tired of looking for needles in that mumble jumble of help pages. I can find 6 different answers to the same questions and I can almost guarantee that CS will not use any of them for my answers.

They are saying, and have said to several others and on the webinar that IF it wasn't already an issue (low 1's and 2's) they are going to SHOW you the defects but they aren't going to COUNT them till next march.

So anything that happens from basically 2-29-14 Onward will be considered for kicking us... anything that is showing now that happened before that is making us mad but it won't get us kicked.


It's a Grace period for the 12 monthers.... the 3 monthers nothing will count till May of this year.


They also stated that from April 29th onward the weekly reports (the download) will show all the DSR's as well.  They won't go backward and tells us what they came from before that date, just show us from that date on.
