I purchased an item from a seller who offered combined shipping making a second purchse virtually free shipping. So I purchased the second item which was more than I wanted to pay but shipping was free. So the seller shipped the second more expensive item AND more expensive shipping, then sent me an email saying the original item I purchased was lost. They refunded my original item purchse and stuck me with the more expensive item and the higher shipping charge. Kinda rubs me the wrong way how they shipped the expensive item first, then sent the email telling me they lost the original item. Also, would not return my email for several days. I immediately emailed them back after I found out they lost my original purchase. I can return the item they shipped but I'm out the shipping charges both ways and a 20% 'restocking fee" about $30.

Or you can open a SNAD complaint, and when instructed to, you can return the item with tracking for a full refund.
You will only be out the cost of returning the item with tracking.
