Don't believe the hype "will they pay?"

ACI express does pay, though it make take up to 7 or more days. Don't believe the hype "will they pay?" but do believe the hype that they do look over merchandise for any damage done in transit. I live in West Los Angeles a good 20-25 mins drive to their headquaters in Gardena California. I drove to deliver a 1/6 scale "Used" Bradley tank to save on shipping fees. When I got there I was greeted with a employee who had me wait while he spoke to someone in the back warehouse about the item being delivered. The empoyee carefully looked over the "Bradley" with quote "fine tooth and comb". The item was not packaged due to the delivery of seller to buyer. The employee looked over the "Bradley" for any discrepancies in the pictures comparing them to the item in front of him, while pointing out the finest detail to me. I let him know that the item was sold "Used-As is As pictured" with the understanding that the wheel sprocket was repaired prior to the delivery(the prior listing clearly pictured the damage wheel sprocket). I am glad I was there in the inspection process because I believe that while everything was listed and pictured correctly to my knowledge, any slightest detail discrepancy would probaly have had been brought to my attention via email/eBay. Would I do business with them again? Surely, but with the understanding that I would have to be present during the inspection process. If you plan to sell any items on eBay and want to protect yourself from any "open disputes" with the sellers against you,buy Insurance, take the maximum free pictures allowed showing anything and everything in your listing including the most important: any damage to the item, package it well, safe and secure with packing guide lines from the shippers for Insurance protection guarantee

I've had a horrible, horrible experience with these scumbags and would recommend that everybody block them and all the new id's they buy under. Googling them gives a ton of forumposts etc from people that have been scammed.

If you send something unregistered then they will open a claim 100% sure, if your goods does show up then they might claim that it wasn't as described and try to fish for a refund and if everything turns out OK and your goods get shipped out to wherever in Asia and the buyer there find something he like to complain about then they have no problems with giving out your contact information so that you will have to deal with their proxy buyer and listen to his complaints since they can't be bothered to take any responsibility. Trying to talk to them on the phone is also another giveaway of their nature with the same snake-like tactics.
They will never pay you on time since their accounts are simply bots that purchase on behalf of others, before they pay you they first wait for their client to fork over what he owes them. They send out a standardized email to everybody with the same BS nonsense about "having problems with paypal". When they open disputes they do the same thing. The wording of these mails are in threads on this forum.

If negative feedback for buyers was an option then they would have to start new accounts daily.
This company is what made me aware of how easy it is to get away with scamming on ebay and how flawed paypal is. These guys open disputes at an extreme rate which in a sensible company would make the alarm bells ring loud, but not with paypal, they just keep letting these guys continue to the point that they drag ebay even further down the **bleep**ter. From my estimates they scam for several million dollars every year.
