you need to escalate the case to ebay inside the Resolution Center case

how can i ask to an ebay member to review a case that i have recently opened for this it? it doesn´t match the seller description. i have all my proof uploaded with images and i have all things explained as should be. the item -a phone- arrived damaged, without any proper envelope for protection. when i contacted the seller to make her know this she asked me to let her find out with usps what happened. so i left her for more than 24 hour without receive any answer. then i opened the case and all what she has made since april 10 when case was opened have been disrespect me when all i have made is to ask her what happened. i need an ebay member to review the case but i don´t know how to do it? does to review a case means the same than scalate to ebay?

You opened a Not As Described case. That's a good start.

Your seller has a few days to respond to the case. Go look and see when ebay says you can escalate the case.

That seller has a No Return policy so it's likely that you may not be told, by ebay, to ship it back.. Once you escalate the case, you aughta see a refund within a few days....No communicating with the seller other than within the case.....Keep an eye on the case.
