I tried and tried to get her to get the missing hardware for this garden cart

I purchased a garden cart from a seller called "nonosewont" otherwise known as "Jane Williamson" that has to be from a seller in Oklahoma as she charged me sales tax either that or Harbor Freight  charged the sales tax.
I did not build the garden cart as I bought it in February when I received it as I bought it ready for spring and would not need it until April to do my yard work, last night I took it out of the box and as I did I tore the box up and put it in the trash on it had the return address as Harbor Freight and no I didn't throw out the hardware I emptied the trash can out to make sure I had not done that.
 Anyway when I got ready to build it there was absolutely NO hardware to build it so I will work out what hardware I need at Ace Hardware as Ace Hardware has just about everything that you need as far as bolts and nuts cotter pins and holding springs to go through the axle to hold the wheels on anything else I need I am sure I will be able to get anything else and buy the hardware I need. There is thirty screws holding this thing together plus the axle nuts and bolts I doubt it will last more than a year anyway
It is obvious this seller doesn't care about her buyers and everything is drop shipped  from other sellers so if you check you will find those items a lot cheaper online with free shipping.
I already checked on the price on the Harbor Freight website I wish I had bought a Sears garden trailer at least I would have had a less cheaply built cart even if it had of been a little more expensive.
 Unfortunately I had already left her feedback or I would have left negative feedback and one star, as I asked her help to get the hardware I need to build the cart but was given no help at all. Due to the fact everything she sells is drop shipped.
 I tried and tried to get her to get the missing hardware for this  garden cart and she suggested I buy one locally take out the hardware and then return the garden cart to the store I bought it from this is to my mind highly unethical and downright illegal to me that was not an option at all. If she refuses to stand by what she sells and suggests I steal parts from a garden cart. To my mind that makes it obvious just how honest she is...........
