I won auction for several dresses for $34 for all now seller wants $75 or I do not get them

es, you won the women's  dresses for $34.  But if you read the listing the sellers says

Good Condition - $25.00 each or $100.00 for all.


Clearly the seller is not allowed to make choice listings that way.  You can't choose which of the dresses you want-one, two, three or all four and have eBay automatically bill it correctly.  So the information is conflicting.  You can't pay the $34 and force the seller to  send you all four dresses as that was not his intention according to what he wrote about the dresses.  So your choice is to tell him he was not allowed to set up a listing like that and agree to cancel the transaction or not and have him relist the dresses individually or as a lot for all four.  And btw, he has no seller feedback so he may not realize his listings are in violation.  He has other listings showing multiple items but in the description giving a price for each one or all for another price.
