I have to admit I have not used USPS for personal labels for a very long time although I seem to remember I started using PP ship now because USPS did not have or charged more for some classes of mail. 1st class being one.
PP has the flat rate boxes, 1st class w tracking etc.USPS.com also provides the ability to print Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope labels, Regional Rate A, B, and C labels, and First Class Package International labels at commercial rates for any shipment - none of which can be done through PayPal Shipnow.
