despite the sluggishness (though flashblock greatly helps along with some other tweaks) eBay works like a charm. Never any issues uploading, printing, etc. Sometimes it doesn't pay to upgrade...
More to the point Firefox jumped the shark ages ago, similar to what happened with Netscape in the decade before. Sad to see an old standby go, but it's time to move on. For me MSIE (occasional use) and Chrome (which funds Firefox to a large extent; if it's going to copy Chrome, might as well just use Chrome to begin with) are what I increasingly use.
In short, explore alternatives, because Firefox is likely going to get worse as time goes on - every upgrade seems to bring problems.
