There is no defective transaction now and the buyer cannot leave negative feedback.

However, the buyer emailed today asking to get a replacement package or to be refunded.

What do I do? Just not respond?

Sure they can do a chargeback, but it'll show delivered on the tracking info (used eBay labels, shipped with confirmation, and to confirmed address) and will win the case.
 I would not respond.  the item showed "delivered"  ebay has backed you up....   even if they try to open another case with paypal or their credit card company  all you have to do is "again prove delivery of the item.

you don't owe them a replacement or a refund.   you have no way to know if they are scamming you.

put that buyer on your BBL list and forget about it.

PS: This is my buying account.  Been selling on eBay since 1999 with an average of 4000 items sold annually.
