Whenever i go to edit a listing or create a new listing

the page "jumps" up and down, and displays different sections of the page, sometimes several times in a row as i am editing the page.
For example:
I will enter the test for the titel then add photos, then start editing the text of the description and the page will jump up to the title.
Recently, this has been hapening more and more, and now has added bugs, such as not being able to change the price of an item unless i refresh the page. I enter the price but as soon as i click anything outside of the price box the number goes back to blank (or whatever it was before i tried to chnage it). This is becoming super annoying and time consuming.

I have read this on several other posts, who had no answer.

This happens on Chrome, firefox and IE and no content/cookie/history clearning helped.
