Typical ignorant ebay advice, they should know the post office is not involved in GSP shipments.
The adress on the shipping label is correct, and i contacted the nearest local post office and they didn't have any product adressed to me. Don'r really know what to do.. any help is appreciated.
Your item is handled in the UK by Citipost and Yodel, so contacting Citipost may do some good, but the best thing now is to enter a formal not received claim. It may shake the item loose (Yodel do not have a great reputation, see the UK seller boards) and it will be the only way you will get all your money, including taxes, back.
